    Since I've been living close to Chandigarh for past few years, I've known Fern Residency for their amicable and fine service in our City, that is why I had chosen the my stay with in their property in Noida. But my experience was terrible. I will not recommend people staying in their Noida property. Room was clean, Wash room was fine, apart from that everything else was terrible. Staff was non cooperative, I had to carry my luggage back and forth to my car from my room myself despite requesting for the service. The guy in reception was rude. I did call him 4 hours prior reaching, but we were told to wait for 15-20 mins as there was no service guy to show us the room. No hot water, drinking water in the room. We had to ask for it. There was no dental Kit in the room, we had to ask 4-5 times, and in the end I had to go to managers room and ask him for it, upon which it was delivered. No dinner available at our arrival so we had to order from outside. At breakfast, we were told they will be serving the breakfast till 10:30, we went around 10am, and everything was finished by that time. We were left to eat the leftovers. I had a short say for a night, we were tired and expected good service, I hope things will turn out better next time.

    It was a good stay in this hotel. Overall clean days. Staff facilities are good food quality can be improved overall great place to stay.
