    Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my stay. The overall experience did not meet my expectations, and the accommodation did not feel comfortable. There was also no breakfast available, which was disappointing. Overall, I don’t feel the stay was worth the experience, and I hope the management improves the facilities and guest services.

    The Natraj hotel was great. Rooms were clean & staff was accommodating enough to provide us early check in free of charge. Food was amazing & we had a comfortable stay. Would definitely visit again!

    I booked a Club Room costing over ₹8,000 per night, expecting a comfortable stay and basic 4-star standards. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. The biggest shock was that honey bees were entering the room through the bathroom exhaust. There were so many bees inside the room that it became difficult to stay there safely. After repeatedly complaining, the hotel's solution was to close and seal the bathroom exhaust fan. When I raised my concern, a lady staff member rudely replied, "They are creatures, how can we control them?" Such a response to a genuine guest safety issue was completely unacceptable. The Club Room was booked specifically because I needed a refrigerator to store my medicines. When I found there wasn't one in the room, the staff bluntly claimed that a refrigerator had never been mentioned as part of the Club Room amenities. I then had to show them my Agoda booking screenshot, where a refrigerator was clearly listed as an amenity for the Club Room. Instead of providing a proper solution, they installed a non-working refrigerator. To make matters worse, the plug point started sparking throughout the night, creating a serious electrical safety hazard. Once again, we had to shift rooms. In total, I had to change four rooms before finally getting a reasonably decent room on the second floor. The rooms on the ground floor and first floor were in terrible condition and should not be allotted to guests. The front office experience was equally disappointing. A lady staff member, who introduced herself as Priyanka (I'm not even sure if that was her actual name), was extremely rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic courtesy. To add to the chaos, I witnessed another family who had confirmed bookings for four rooms, but the hotel was trying to accommodate them in only two rooms. The reception area was in complete disarray. I also tried reaching out to Agoda for support. Unfortunately, they behaved more like "Bhagoda" than Agoda. Their frustrating chatbot kept going in circles and never connected me to a human support agent when I urgently needed assistance. In my opinion, this hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star property. Between the bees inside the room, repeated room changes, missing promised amenities, electrical safety concerns, rude staff, and complete mismanagement, this was one of the most stressful hotel stays I have experienced. I would strongly advise travellers to think twice before booking this hotel.
