No electricity for most of the night, very hot weather, and no one responds to help you. You can't see a thing, you can't charge your mobile phone, you can't sleep, and you can't receive anyone. When you make a reservation, they don't mention this to the customer, they won't give your money back, and fixing the problem is their lowest priority

The location is very good, shops, restaurants, cafes are all there. The bed is comfortable and clean. Value for money is good. I only recommend the hotel to renew the carpet in the room, and try to improve the Internet access.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel. I booked and paid online through Agoda and arrived at the hotel with my booking ID. The concierge checked and told me there was no booking. I showed him the booking on the Agoda app and explained that it had already been paid for, but he still insisted that I needed to pay again and quoted me a much higher price. After going back and forth for quite some time, he then told me there were no available rooms. I explained that I had already booked and paid for a room, so that couldn’t be possible. Eventually, I said I would pay and asked to see a room — and suddenly, a room became available. After seeing the room, I went back downstairs and asked the staff member to take my contact details in case there was an issue with the booking. He refused. I eventually realized that he wanted an email confirmation from Agoda, so I manually sent the hotel an email from the Agoda app just to satisfy him. The whole check-in process was unnecessarily difficult, and the staff could have been much more friendly and helpful. Things got even worse afterward. We couldn’t open the room door, so we had to go back downstairs and ask the staff member to open it. He struggled for quite some time to get the door open. Once inside, the room was in very poor condition. There was mold, the AC was extremely loud, and overall, the room looked much worse than expected. This was especially disappointing because I had actually booked and paid for a much better and more expensive room. However, after more than half an hour of arguing and dealing with all the check-in issues, I was simply exhausted and just wanted to rest, so I accepted the room. Overall, a very poor experience from start to finish. The booking process was handled badly, the staff were not helpful, and the room did not match what I had booked or expected. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.
