    I had lived to this hotel earlier,this is my 5 th time of staying here.What i observed is that the service is downgraded now compare to earlier stays.They must improve on it.The response from the staff is also slow now.They must at leat maintain the earlier standard if not able to improve on it.

    Good place and nice environment. For veggies south indians Annam restaurant just in the opposite direction. Complementary breakfast provided but if one vacates slightly earlier to 8 AM every a cup of tea is charged. Business done well

    Location of hotel is good, peaceful and residential locality around, room was big, but toilet was extremely unclean, we asked for room change but were told all toilets similar and so we were not given another room. Also no completary breakfast just because we booked on agoda. Staff experience is mixed. Few are nice and helpful and few are not. Housekeeping staff was better, in reception found one staff abit rude asking us what is the problem with room. When one rings at reception no one picks up, only housekeeping staff picks up and helps for issues to be raised to reception. Tea served is good. Owner of this property needs to do deep cleaning and renovation of the washrooms. Less price does not mean anything ok. Also agoda to check why differential treatment just because we booked on Agoda.
