    I regularly stay at this hotel, usually once or twice a week, so I have generally been familiar with the service here. However, my experience today was extremely disappointing. I checked in at around 1:00 PM, and shortly after checking in, I noticed that the AC was not working. I informed the staff, but instead of resolving the issue, the staff member simply took the AC remote and left. In the evening, I again requested that the issue be fixed. Around 8:00 PM, I explained that I had managed to adjust during the afternoon, but it was no longer possible to manage without AC at night. The staff member assured me that he would come within five minutes to check it, but no one came. I reminded the staff again around 11:00 PM, but the issue still had not been resolved. As a regular guest, I expected much better service and responsiveness. I understand that technical issues can happen, but the lack of timely action and repeated failure to address the problem was very disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that such issues are handled promptly in the future.
