    Problems faced: - lift not working with an extremely elderly person having to climb up and down the stairs - washrooms are not properly cleaned. Staff just comes with a cloth and spray and cleans the pot which is shocking. - had to leave the hotel as it was becoming difficult for the elderly family member to climb up the stairs as the lift was kot working.
