    There is nothing not to like about this hotel. The rooms are lovely, the pool area is lovely the breakfast is fantastic. Everything is spotless, the outdoor spaces are immaculate. Even little touches like the sunshades on the pool loungers make a difference. Great selection of drinks and snacks at the pool bar - all reasonably priced. We will most certainly be back.

    Hotel is old. Looks like a timeshare. Requested single large bed, was given two singles pushed together. Had to pay for a lock for the safe. Ran out of TP as cleaning staff did not restock, went to front desk and was given a roll of TP, as I walked away I heard front desk help laughing about it with another worker. "Free" buffet was frequently crowded, and after taking away food/coffee for two days, was told on the third day I could not take a cup of coffee out of the breakfast area. We checked out a day early, fully disgusted with our choice of this property. Lastly, Carvoeiro, while a pretty town was too small and under heavy construction near our hotel. Just a poor experience overall. Stay in Lagos or Albufeira for a better experience, and stay away from this hotel.
