    I had booked a hotel a day in advance so that my wife and I could rest after our journey, but upon arrival, no room was available; the manager said he didn't have a room and would book one for us at another hotel instead. However, when we got there, that hotel didn't have a room either. I reported this, and the manager told us to come back, saying he had a room ready for us now. When we returned and I lay down on the bed, I found it was broken. Ultimately, this shows complete negligence towards the customer; they simply do not care that the customer is tired or is traveling with family and will be inconvenienced. My opinion is that you should book offline after seeing the room in front of your eyes, you will get the option and it will be cheaper too.

    It was just a satisfactory room but not well cleaned and well managed one which were shown in the pics at the time of booking. Staff is treating agoda booking at cheap quality and gives dirty rooms not good ones.

    Very bad condition of everything like bathroom bed and also more, and one more thing is hotel owner's behaviour was very bad and disappointed.
