    The hotel looks nice from the outside and very vintage on the inside. No elevator. The room looks old and dusty but they are not lol. Though, the floor, since it is carpeted, makes it dusty. The toilet, that’s where it went down. Flooding, no proper drainage, I guess. Nonetheless. The location was awesome since it’s close to the boat station unless you plan to leave like us in the early morning like 5am, you have to walk a bit longer and go over a few mini bridges. It was beside a canal so the view from the window was lovely.

    The room we have was so terrible, during check in I found the toilet door is broken and we can't close, I want to reception and ask for change room, the staff said not possible and they will send technician but until check out nobody came, every time we want to use toilet we have to push the door from the 🚽 toilet. Very uncomfortable. The room was so dirty, a lot of sand on the floor, a lot of Mosquitoes we can't sleep well. The bed was broken while we were sleeping, in Agoda they promised wifi in every room but is not. Only on Reception and Restaurant. There is no Kettle or Fridge in the room. I ask for Flask with Hot water..to the staff ( looks like Indian woman) simply said no, I ask again her if possible to heat my son food in Microwave? again No!. We were so upset.I also work in Hotel Industry for 20 years I usually understand the situation of Hotel and never complain but this hotel is really disaster.
