Very disappointing experience at Erode Merilin Hotel.
First of all it’s a scam, the room I booked was an Executive Triple room with 1 King + 1 double bed. However they coolly said that room is not available and you can find another accommodation elsewhere, what kind of response is this, I find this very appalling as a guest travelling from a different city, don’t expect this kind of experience to be left at lurch in a new city with my family. Why I say Scam is they had this room but were not willing to give as they wanted to cash in by giving to other customers for higher price.
Now I paid for a triple occupancy room but was given a double occupancy room which was very uncomfortable for 3 of us. However as we didn’t have another choice we used the room by somehow squeezing ourselves on to the King bed.
I called customer support and was put on hold for long but without any resolution.
