Hotel Mefolinkel Suits

Me alojé en este hotel por 3 noches. En general, diría que fue una experiencia regular. Lo bueno es que la habitación está bastante bien y es exactamente como en las fotos. Sin embargo, hubo varios problemas frustrantes: WiFi: Fue imposible conectarme al WiFi en mi habitación. Mis dispositivos no lograban conectarse ni a la red del primer piso ni a la del segundo debido a que la señal era increíblemente débil. Cerradura de la puerta: Tuve problemas constantes con la cerradura electrónica. Primero, las pilas se agotaron y un trabajador de mantenimiento tuvo que venir a cambiarlas. Luego pedí una tarjeta nueva, pero la puerta seguía atascándose; tenía que pasar la tarjeta unas 5 veces para que se desbloqueara y poder entrar. Desayuno: Probé el desayuno de 10€ la primera mañana y me pareció muy básico y poco rentable. Casi todo eran bollos y cruasanes. Había unos huevos revueltos que no sabían a nada. Al final terminé comiendo muesli con leche, algo muy simple. Por 10€, esperaba opciones más variadas, saludables y sabrosas. Agua caliente: Al llegar tarde por la noche, tenía que esperar entre 15 y 20 minutos con el grifo abierto para que por fin saliera agua caliente. El calentador parece funcionar muy lento. Diseño de la ducha: El diseño de la ducha está muy mal pensado. Solo tiene una mampara de cristal a medias, sin puerta para aislarla por completo. El agua salpicaba hasta la pared del fondo y terminaba inundando el suelo del resto del baño. Tuve que poner toallas en el suelo para absorber los charcos. Comodidades de la habitación: Las opciones básicas en la habitación eran de muy bajo presupuesto. Había un hervidor eléctrico, dos botellas pequeñas de agua, dos vasos y dos bolsitas de té verde. Ni rastro de café soluble ni de té negro (que es el que prefiero). Además, esto solo lo pusieron el primer día y no lo repusieron en los días siguientes de mi estancia. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Overall, I would say it was an average experience. On the positive side, the room itself is quite nice and looks exactly like the pictures. However, there were several frustrating issues: WiFi: I couldn't catch a WiFi signal in my room at all. My devices wouldn't connect to either the 1st or 2nd-floor networks because the signal was incredibly weak. Door Lock: I had constant problems with the electronic door lock. First, the batteries died, and a maintenance worker had to come into my room to replace them. Later, I got a new keycard, but the door still kept jamming. I had to tap the card about 5 times just to get the lock to open. Breakfast: I tried their breakfast for €10 on my first morning, and it was very basic and not worth the money. It consisted mostly of buns and croissants. There were some scrambled eggs, but they were completely tasteless. I ended up just eating muesli with milk. For €10, I expected more diverse, healthy, and tasty options. Hot Water: Coming back late at night, I had to wait 15–20 minutes with the shower running for the hot water to finally appear. The boiler seems to work very slowly. Shower Design: The shower design is poorly thought out. There is only a partial glass partition with no door to seal it completely. The water sprayed all the way to the far wall and flooded the main bathroom floor. I had to throw towels on the floor to soak up the puddles. Room Amenities: The basic amenities were super budget. There was an electric kettle, two small bottles of water, two glasses, and two green tea bags. No instant coffee, and no black tea (which I prefer). Furthermore, these were only provided on the first day and were never restocked during my stay.
