    To me it is simply too expensive for me given that it is run down though it is clean. I might as well book a newer hotel a little away from Chatram. The main selling point is the location but it is too expensive.

    Had an unpleasant stay at Hotel Mayas. Overpriced for what’s offered, and the staff seemed focused only on money rather than guest service. Very disappointing experience — would not recommend.
