Basic hotel clean and friendly staff great pool area, taxi out the front if you wanna go anywhere local shops near by

Five stars for Hotel Marrakech of Semiramis. Some may be dismayed by the lack of wifi, the human(?) hair in the shower, the old tissues scrunched up by the toilet, the mosquitoes that feast on your blood through the night, or the instant coffee that fails to comfort you after the resultant dearth of sleep. If that didn’t do it, the employee bursting into your room unannounced while you’re in your chones writing this review might seal the deal. Some may even wonder how such a place justifies calling itself a four star hotel. Not I. The garden is genuinely enchanting. The breakfast is divine. They offer room service! Hot showers! Windows that open when the AC goes kaput! The gym is perfectly safe if you use extreme caution and don’t touch anything. But the true artistry lies in the subtle touch of French influence, such as the way the elevator doors slam together like a guillotine when you try to prevent them from closing. This place is budget luxury. That’s why it is filled with adorable Frenchies. I’m not French, but I’d stay here again.

This hotel is tired it needs an injection of investment both inside and outside. Rooms are large and clean but in need of an update.
