    The property appears to be new, but the pricing is higher compared to similar places in the area. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major concern—pillows and beds seemed to be reused without proper washing. The Wi-Fi was only accessible near the door and did not work inside the room. The geyser capacity is just 5 liters, which is insufficient. Additionally, the bathroom was not well maintained, and I even noticed cockroaches.
