    I booked Maple Grand Agra through Agoda because the hotel listing clearly mentioned free airport transfer and 24-hour check-in. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived, I asked the hotel manager about the free airport transfer mentioned in the Agoda listing. He informed me that such a service was not possible. If the hotel does not provide this service, it should not be advertised in the booking details. The listing also mentioned 24-hour check-in. However, despite checking in at 7:00 PM, I was told that I had to check out by 11:00 AM the next day, which was confusing and did not match my expectations from the listing. Additionally, the TV remote in my room was not working. I reported the issue, but it was never attended to. The bathroom did not even have a floor mat/carpet, and that request was also ignored. Overall, there was a clear mismatch between the services advertised and the services actually provided. Combined with the poor response to guest concerns, this resulted in an unsatisfactory stay.

    Had a really comfortable and safe stay as a solo traveler. The staff behavior was absolutely amazing — very polite, helpful, and respectful throughout my stay. The hotel atmosphere felt secure and peaceful, which made traveling alone much easier and stress-free. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place, especially for solo travelers. 🌸
