    I had booked 2 premium rooms through Agoda, but my experience at check-in was very disappointing. When I arrived at 2 PM — well past the official check-in time of 11 AM — the receptionist informed me that the rooms were not ready. After some time, he said that only one room was available and asked me to cancel the second room online. The staff was unprofessional, misleading, and even misbehaved during the interaction. This is not the kind of service expected from a property listed as “premium.” Highly disappointed with the overall experience.
