    Our stay at Hotel MK Grand in Varanasi was absolutely wonderful. It is an excellent property that provides fantastic value for anyone visiting the city. Perfect Location: The location is unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of Godowlia, it is just a short 5-7 minute walk to the sacred Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Dasaswamedh Ghat. It made sightseeing and attending the evening Aarti incredibly convenient. Immaculate Cleanliness: The entire property is neat and clean. The rooms and linens were exceptionally well-maintained, creating a comfortable and refreshing environment to return to after a long day of exploring. Spacious and Cozy Rooms: Our room was comfortable, equipped with reliable air conditioning, modern amenities, and everything needed for a cozy stay. Outstanding Hospitality: The staff here are polite, warm, and highly supportive.

    The location of the hotel is very convenient, 50 m from the Godolia chowk, which is the centre for Dashashawamedh Ghat and Baba Vishwanth Dham. The room that was alloted to me was small in size, the windows were nonexistent, and this makes the room feel claustrophobic. The toiletries are not provided except for a bath towel, which is hard. The bed linen looks worn out, and ur not sure if it's been laundered. I stayed for 3 days and two nights and no room cleaning was done, when asked, was told that they did not receive the laundry and so did not do the daily linen change. My check in was delayed for 1.5 hrs citing, room not prepared, however was asked to keep strict note of check out time...!! You do get two bottles of mineral water per day. There is a lift facility, which helps. The staff behaviour is good, but i guess they are limited by the management to improve services.
