    We booked Tripli on Agoda. First the hotel gave us a non-AC room, but upon raising the issue and sharing the details of the booking (that included AC in room description), they gave us a newer / remodeled room. Enjoyed the hotel- value for money. Perfect location in McLeodganj.

    Room service was late but everything else than that is totally worth it. The location is perfect, the hotel is pretty and clean and the staff is polite. 8.5/10

    Very disappointing experience with the hotel staff and restaurant service. Orders repeatedly took more than 1.5 hours, were often forgotten, and sometimes never arrived. When we complained, we were told, “Sir, we have no option due to the crowd.” If you’re only looking for accommodation, it may be fine. But don’t expect good service or proper attention from the hotel staff.
