    I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything was comfortable and well managed. The staff was incredibly cooperative, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, which made my experience even more pleasant. One thing I truly appreciated was their exceptional commitment to cleanliness. Every single day, the housekeeping team thoroughly cleaned the room, changed the bedsheets, replaced the towels, and refreshed all the essentials. It felt like walking into a newly prepared room every day, which made my stay even more relaxing and comfortable.

    The current contractor that is maintaining the facility is very pathetic. The linen is dirty. Room locks do not work well, Door handles are shaking and ready to dislodge. No proper cleaning of the rooms. We checked in 7-8 hours late on our 2 day stay and on the second day at 10:05 AM the property front desk manager threatens me that I have overshot the checkout time. Very crude and unfriendly font desk manager.

    I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The room cleanliness was very poor and there was a clear seepage issue on the walls. The TV was not working and there was not even a telephone in the room to contact the reception. On top of these problems, the attitude of the staff towards customers was not convincing or helpful. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Only good this is that this is near the railway station and Iskon Gate
