    I stayed a couple of nights here. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had an issue, and the female front staff member quickly resolved the frustrating issue. They were also able to speak English very well. There are a couple of odd things about the hotel, like having to pay for TV and some things like razors and toothbrushes. When entering the room and putting in the room key to turn on the electricity, one must also turn on a second wall-mounted device to activate some or all electrical outlets. Also, the hallways are cold and likely not heated in the winter. I found the pillow to be too high, but the bed wasn't as hard as some others said. The washroom was a good size, and the shower had ample hot water and good pressure. The buffet restaurant on the second floor, which offers breakfast, was very good, with a decent selection of Western-style breakfast foods. This is a good hotel, and I would stay here again.
