I got a really good deal below the normal business hotel rate so my review is based on the low price I paid.
The Good:
1) Clean & Modern: It's a typical business hotel so you can expect satisfactory cleanliness and modern interior.
2) Breakfast Bento: For $2 additional, I got the breakfast bento and it was totally worth it. You get rice balls and a bottled tea. Cheaper than eating out.
3) The room has a small refrigerator, a humidifier fan, and A/C. Internet is also good.
The Bad:
1) The room I stayed in had many things that were not working: Remote control for TV and both main lights in the room. So my room was rather dark.
2) Size: My room also had 2 beds so there was not much room to move around or pack. I just put the bag on the 2nd bed to pack. There's a small desk but not enough space to sit and work comfortably. I think the room would be fine for 1 bed.
2) Not too close to the station so need to walk about 10-15 mins w/ luggage. Not a lot of cheap eating options at night.
Conclusion: Great value for the price I paid. If at the normal business hotel rate, I probably would choose a different hotel.

Unprepared staff. No one could speak much English. Breakfast was pretty bad. They could not keep luggage not even for one hour. Ok price was not expensive but comparing to other live max hotels this was the worse by far.
