    Since it is located in a rural area, assistance from the staff is very important in booking for taxi. We're glad that the staff to include the owner of the place assisted us throughout our stay. There is also free breakfast for two which you need to reserve (what meal and what time) via the television using the remote control. Service was actually exceptional. The place is very clean too. Using a translator app is a must since they only speak Japanese. Payment is made through a machine which has instructions in Japanese so a translator app is necessary for non-Japanese customers. If there is an issue, just dial "9" in the phone and the staff will promptly assist you. Again, a translator app is a must. Overall, this was a pleasant stay for my family as we got to experience the rural areas in Kansai.
