Viola in the reception is who will make you forget all the issues you have as tourist in Rome, ready all the time to help you. She is very positive and smilling front staff I've ever seen in somewhere. Thanks this girl who make my stay in Rome better and some issue easy. P.S. The fridge in room and coolent is a perfect))

The receptionist was nice. The bathroom was dirty. The floor was very dirty that my feet was black from dirt. The pillows are disgusting, very very old and stained.
The good part is the aircon works.

The blankets looked like collected from the garbage no covers . Who knows when were they washed last time . The bathroom is in disrepair and looks like everything is about to breakdown. Very nasty looking and old . The only good thing is price and location and stuffs were nice too . Don’t go there unless it’s an emergency.
