Kids and dad really enjoyed the aqua park! A lot of laugh and the person who was taking care of the pool area was really kind!

I booked a room for 3 people. When we opened the door of our room, it smelled like mold (damp). The toilet flush was broken and water was leaking for the whole night. The fridge in the room made noise like a rocket that was going to take off. The staff provided no help and said we can look at it tomorrow (we only booked it for 1 night). Overall, a disappointing night considering the fact it’s a 4-star hotel. Would not recommend.

The first night was in a room beside the elevator. There was a wedding in the hotel. Vey noisy!!! So many people went up and down until around 3am. The second night we changed to a very quiet room. Slept very well. Roughly it was a good staying in the nice city with beautiful views. Recommend the hotel.

The room was far way at the back of tower C and it looks like at if we were in a motel instead of a Hotel but it was very clean. We had a good service and they were very accomodating. The price that was charged was not worth it from your site.
