    Very beautiful and spacious and well maintained hotel. Stayed in Japanese style room in main building. It was perfect for family. Location is perfect for visiting both Kagoshima and Kirishima Kinkowan National park.

    Firstly, there is 2 building with separate parking so I parked at the main building and went to the lobby with my luggage. I was told my room was at the other building so I had to go back to my car with my luggage and re-park my car. When I enter the room, first thing I notice was I smelled ammonia around the door/bathroom, maybe from the carpet. Next morning, I woke up to a sore body, not sure if it's because of the bed or the aircon is moldy. Overall very disappointed stay at Kyocera. Thought it would be a hi tech hotel but complete opposite.

    Hotel has two parts annex and main. Annex was horrible and they tried to charge us double to stay in main part. Wanted more to checkin early than nightly room rate. They also tried to charge us extra even though we booked for 2 people. They wanted to take away our breakfast as well. Everything was a upcharge. Hotel is not worth the money. The rooms need renovation and are old.
