    Good location. Maintenance needs facelift. Lighting needs improvement.

    We were charged extra Rs100 saying that blankets were made dirty by us as claimed by the manager. Upon checking the bedsheet it already had several coffee stains & was not a new one. Upon insisting that these are your losses which you need to take care they were reluctant in taking my claim . I have personally visited that property many times since the time it was called as "Palms residency" but they did not value my loyalty. Will not recommend and stay there

    Overpriced for what it offers. The photos online make the rooms look much larger and more modern than they actually are. It is fine for a quick crash pad, but not worth the premium price tag. Everyday I left my key with reception for cleaning but they didn't bother at all for 3 continuous day."
