    I would say that this hotel is priced appropriately. The hotel overall is "dated" but that does not bother me. It's 10 minute walk to the train station and restaurants. The staff were so helpful. So considerate and kind. They also offer a shuttle to Joetsu Kokusai for skiing. And they will call a taxi for you otherwise. As you walk toward our room, the hallway gets more and more cold. The entrance to the room and the toilet room were quite chilly. However the main room could be heated as warm as you like. The Onsen was pretty nice. So, for the price - yes I would stay here again.

    It's abit older hotel, but the service and food makes up for it. Onsen is good with several pools. It would be nice if it was a bit warmer. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. Healthy and delicious. I recommend this hotel.
