Was a good stay but the room I was promised was not available when we arrived so a family of 5 had to share one bed . Not easy. But everything else was fine.

The hotel was very nice and affordable. However I will never stay there again because the front desk woman (a cranky Asian woman) was the rudest and un- accommodating person I have ever met in the hotel industry.
She refused to even consider any requests, was very short, and would not even look at you when talking to you. Was too busy looking at her tablet.
I left something in the room and went back later to ask if they found it and she just said NO, I asked if she could check with housekeeping and again she replied NO, without even looking up at me.
As nice as the hotel was, I would not recommend anyone staying here with this nasty woman working the front desk.

I left a thorough review on the previous one regarding the TV being complained about which allegedly led me to be told I could not extend my stay. Although I know it was actually due to me complaining numerous times asking if they could fix/hammer down that sharp nails that poked straight up through the carpet & cut the bottom of my foot by walking on it. It was never repaired, instead while I was at work someone put duct tape on the metal threshold & not on the part where nails poked through.
