For a small budget, this hotel is a great option due to its location (right opposite MGM hospital near Seven Hills bus stop), although the cleanliness varies across rooms (make sure you opt for a cleaner one, I got mine changed coz I spotted 2-3 small cockroaches in the first one). Amenities work but they're not in the best condition, service is a bit slow although the staff was definitely helpful. Thankfully they don't charge for water bottles. Having a small balcony in my room was a pleasant surprise!

For the relatively low price (as compared to other hotels), I got two decent rooms. Although the washrooms were small, they were functional, tolerable and easy to use for a long stay. Rooms vary significantly in terms of layout, area, amenities and cleanliness. The restaurant is decent as well, omelette and poha were quite nice for a quick breakfast before stepping out. The location is the biggest win if you're into public transport and if you wanna be near CIDCO.

Location is great, a good budget option. However, they create trouble for couples - although I was travelling with friends, I was asked the gender of my friends in what seemed a very conservative manner. The staff was helpful although service was mostly slow. Nevertheless, found it good for the price, I'll recommend this place if you've got a tight budget.
