The room itself was very clean, and I appreciated the plush towels. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did an excellent job. One caution: the shower water gets extremely hot—almost scalding—so be careful when adjusting the temperature.
Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay were disappointing. The virtual check-in process took more than 45 minutes, which was an unnecessarily frustrating way to begin the stay. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and frequently dropped, making it difficult to work or use streaming services.
Another issue was the strong smell of marijuana coming from someone smoking just outside the entrance. The odor was pulled into my room through the air conditioning, making the room uncomfortable. In addition, deliveries to the attached restaurant began around 5:45 a.m., and the noise from trucks and unloading activities made it difficult to sleep.
The hotel has good potential because the room was clean and well maintained, but management should address the lengthy check-in process, improve Wi-Fi reliability, better control smoke near guest rooms, and mitigate the early morning delivery noise. With those improvements, the guest experience would be much better.

Good value. Rooms are updated and comfortable. Only complaints would be no mini fridge, and someone was outside talking pretty loud at 1am. Location is perfect, right off the highway and good value for the nightly rate.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. It’s unique in that there is no staff there. You check in online, and are given a code to open the door to your room. When I purchased the room, I was given an all in price including tax. I was surprised to be charged $10 by the property after I checked out. When I called I was connected to their sister property The Fairfield Circle Inn. The clerk told me that I agreed to the fee in the body of data that flashed across my s reel during check in. I told her that this is not fair and asked for a refund. She told me that she would have her manager call me, he never did. I wrote to Agoda and asked for help from them. No reply. I won’t be using this platform again, nor will I stay at this hotel again.
