La atención es excelente pero las instalaciones como servicios dejan mucho que desear.
No hay agua caliente en la ducha, únicamente 2 toallas medianas para la estancia, el aire acondicionado tenia gotera, no hay cobijas.
El desayuno esta bien. Muy bien ubicado pero no volvería a ir.

The hotel is well located and location was perfect for my visiting and sightseeing Cartagena.
The room did not have window, but that was ok, it was quiet room, with good large bed.
Breakfast was also good.
Reception people very friendly and helpful.
The only surprise came at the checking out of the hotel ( while I had plenty / surplus of my own drinking water, not realising that the six 0.5 l water bottles in the otherwise empty fridge incur extra charge, I did drink some water from those bottles , which - with the price for one 0.5 b1ttle was actually nearly twice as expensive as my purchased 5 litre water canisters..).
Cartagena was the first city on my holidays spent around Colombia, and compared with the other hotels (in Medellin, in Bogota), this was much more basic stay hotel at the higher cost ( compared with Medellin, Bogota) but that is perhaps about generally higher prices in Cartagena?
With knowing now the water it gets paid extra, if I visit Cartagena again, this is the place I am happy to stay again.
