First of all, the facade does not look like what's shown in the photos. Maybe that's the back side. Not sure. But the hotel looks very old and also the rooms were pretty old but maintained clean. I would say it is almost value for your money. It definitely isn't 4 star in my opinion. The staff were courteous though and just because of that, I cannot lower the ratings. The room was substandard. Could hear all the noises in the corridor but fortunately not many noisy guests were there when I stayed. Cleaning staff also were amazing. Respected the luggage the right way. I would recommend it since it is value for money.

Bathroom light too dark; no free parking 25€ per day. Breakfast ok; room clean and wifi very stable.

Had a great stay, the location is not central yet busses are available, the neighborhood was quiet and nice, the room was very spacious and clean, the staff was also nice and friendly. Maybe the breakfast could be improved but it’s still good.

The staff we not helpful. Didn't care when we had problems. Paid extra for just about everything. Different staff said different things. Miles away from center of Florence taxis were not reasonabley priced. Did not enjoy our stay at all. Spa was extra thought it was included. Spa not very special. Everything was hard work with the staff.
