    Had a pleasant stay as usual. Staying here whenever visiting Thrissur. Very close to Vadakkunathan temple, good hotels.

    I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. The room assigned to me was on the ground floor right beside the reception, which already did not feel comfortable or private. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing—dust on surfaces, poor maintenance, and not enough basic amenities provided. The worst part was the noise. During the night, even past midnight, the reception staff played music and YouTube videos on their phone at maximum volume. The conversations from the reception area were clearly audible through the walls, making it difficult to sleep or relax. Even late at night, there was constant talking and noise coming from staff, which was very disturbing. Overall, the stay felt unprofessional, noisy, and poorly managed. I would not recommend this hotel.
