My little toddler was injured in our room . There were dead spiders and ants eating it . We had to go to urgent care with our little boy , room was moved around 9:00 pm . With few exceptions I did not feel the management cared much, the place is run down . I will never return

We stayed here last year and it was great. This stay is very disappointing. The other guests were running up and down the walkway giggling and talking very loud until 1 am. I have no intention of staying at this property again. Wish I only booked one night.

Don’t stay here. First problem is the mandatory resort fee. You get nothing for it, especially now in winter when the pool is closed. (The hot tub does remain open certain hours.) When challenged, the front desk clerk deflected by saying the hotel notified booking sites about the fee. Huh?
My room was clean but not pre-heated, and is so poorly lit I had to use a flashlight to see the heating/cooling controls! (Other guests, not in my party, also complain about the lighting.) No numerical thermostat, you just have to guess at a setting.
The bathroom tap only dribbled. (It started to flow better later in the day.)
No desk chair or desk lamp. No safe box. Warning screen says the spotty wifi is not secure, and then internet access to the hotel crashed completely for a day. The lounge is closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
I give it two stars only because of some nice décor. Otherwise, it’d only get one star.
