    ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Had NO hot water in the morning (so no shower). Reception refused to make any concessions, she told me to write an email and said “yes, the manager will refund something”. Sent several emails to the email address provided and have not received a single response. Heating didn’t work in my room (it was cold and rainy when I arrived). Breakfast was horrible. Meats (hams) had no taste, cheeses tasted like plastic, sausages seemed to be of the poorest quality with bad taste . Juices tasted like water. Line for the 2 coffee machines was long and had to wait 5 minutes. Fruits and vegetables were “ok”. Ad states “free bottled water” in the room… there was no bottled water in my room. Spider webs around the room and TV. Rooms are dated but “livable”. Breakfast area is very small for a hotel of this size and people had to eat in the lobby and hallway. Advisable to skip this hotel and find something else. Will NEVER stay here again. Location is ok IF you arrive by car.

    Over all a good stay. A walk from metro is a steep hill one if you carrying a luggage otherwise it is a small 8 minutes walk. AC is missing in a room during a hot summer that could improve otherwise the room has all other amenities. Good bed, shower, good room size.

    The rooms are solid, breakfast is really great but its on top of a hill and the nearest metro is below that hill.
