The room itself is decent, though there are several areas that could be improved. First, it would be ideal if the hotel could provide more self-service basic amenities in hotel reception, such as razors and cotton pads. Currently, these items are not complimentary and must be purchased separately, which is somewhat inconvenient for guests. Additionally, while the hotel features an onsen and public bath, the communication regarding their policies is unclear. Before arrival, I inquired via email whether guests with tattoos could access the public bath and onsen. The response simply stated that I would need to ask at the property. However, upon arrival, the front desk staff were unable to answer my question immediately, and I was ultimately directed to the 12th-floor dedicated onsen reception desk for further inquiry. This process felt unusual and lacked smoothness. Regarding the onsen and bath facilities, the hotel does offer a "family bath" (private bath), which is available for guests with tattoos. However, this comes at an additional charge of 900 yen per person per hour, which feels excessively expensive and unreasonable for what is provided. The room size is average, but upon entering, I noticed that the wall designated for mounting the television features raised decorative elements positioned centrally near the entrance area. This significantly reduces the perceived sense of space, making the room feel much smaller than its actual size. On a positive note, the hotel's自助 breakfast buffet is exceptional. The selection is incredibly diverse with abundant choices, seating capacity is generous, and the view from the dining area is outstanding—truly a highlight of the stay. The only redeeming quality is the excellent location. The hotel is very close to the JR station, shopping malls, and MOO, making daily errands and dining highly convenient. Access to the airport bus stop is also exceptionally easy, which is a major advantage for travelers. Overall, the hotel benefits from its prime location, transport convenience, and outstanding breakfast. However, improvements in complimentary amenities, clearer onsen policy communication, more reasonable private bath pricing, and better interior design would significantly enhance the guest experience.

The location and overall environment of the hotel were perfectly fine. However, the stay was ruined by a persistent, strange noise in the room that occurred every two minutes all night long. It sounded exactly like a keycard being inserted into the power slot, making it absolutely impossible to get any decent sleep. I suspect the room was located directly underneath the public hot spring bath (onsen), and we were hearing the heavy machinery or boilers operating. Frankly, a space with this level of noise should never be used as a guest room. Because I checked in very late and was utterly exhausted, I didn’t have the energy to request a room change. I would not recommend staying in this specific part of the hotel.
