    We chose to stay at Hotel Global View after finding that all trains and transportation to Furano were suspended due to severe weather. A quick online search led us to this gem of a hotel. The front desk staff made us feel welcome and were incredibly helpful throughout our winter visit. Experiencing the snow in this charming town added to our memorable stay. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, featuring a stunning glass ceiling that offers breathtaking views as you enjoy your meal. The breakfast spread is diverse and satisfying. Although the onsen is compact, it is well-equipped and a delightful way to unwind. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

    This place meets all expectations with its prime location making Kushiro easy to explore. Clean facility with friendly staff enhanced the experience. Facilities offered everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend. Only downside is, like any downtown hotel here, parking is a bit tricky.

    The location and overall environment of the hotel were perfectly fine. However, the stay was ruined by a persistent, strange noise in the room that occurred every two minutes all night long. It sounded exactly like a keycard being inserted into the power slot, making it absolutely impossible to get any decent sleep. I suspect the room was located directly underneath the public hot spring bath (onsen), and we were hearing the heavy machinery or boilers operating. Frankly, a space with this level of noise should never be used as a guest room. Because I checked in very late and was utterly exhausted, I didn’t have the energy to request a room change. I would not recommend staying in this specific part of the hotel.
