    I booked presidential suite. AC was not working at all. I raised a complain and they downgraded my room to suite room but there also ac was not all effective. They were saying that due to old equipment its effectiveness is not good. Although the lobby area restaurant ac was working fine.

    My experience at Gianz Hotel was outstanding. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the main nalagarh market. Both the food and service were top-notch. Breakfast was great with Indian and continental options. Some suggestions: - Room cleanliness and amenities were superb. - Staff was very friendly and helpful. - If you want a peaceful and convenient stay, Gianz Hotel is a great choice 😊.
