    Hotel staff is fraud, they're looting money by cancelling the agoda booking and they're saying we're not registered in agoda. They've charged me extra 500 Rs extra in hotel. Please treat this as urgent and take necessary action please

    The Hotel is situated at such a place that no transport is available after 8 PM. Even Uber and Ola vehicles are not available. The Hotel asked to pay the 50% of the fare for confirmation. As No vehicle was available from station to the Hotel I contacted the Hotel Reception. The Individual received the call was not disclosing the distance of hotel from Puri Railway Station. I was compelled to look for another hotel to accommodate my family. The Staff did not bother to enquire if we are coming or not. The Hotel is just waste of Money.
