    The hotel is quite run down and the photos must be very old. I requested a large bed for my fiance and I and was given a room with 2 twin beds for our entire stay of 5 days. The breakfast was ok however the same exact items were served everyday. Rooms and facilities not worth the price.

    Our stay here was relaxing. There are many games and activities that made our stay memorable. We checked in at 3pm as stated in Agoda app but the room was not ready. The front deck staff told us it was indicated that we will only arrive at 10pm which we did not make such request. The staff promised to find out who made this request but did not get back to us. It would have been a perfect stay if not for this lapse.

    it was nice hotel to stay. check in was easy and fast. although as a couple we would have love to have a double bed instead we had a twin singles. the spa was good. breakfast was great (especially the french toast!)

    A very good location as well as fine facilities like a beer happy hour in a private lounge and an Onsen are nice touches to enjoy.
