This is a lovely hotel with an ample garden that makes you feel surrounded by nature while being right in the city. Facilities are pretty good, rooms are cozy and will make your stay comfortable. I've stayed here three times because I enjoy the contact with nature and the pool. The food is good, there's a good chef. The staff in general is helpful with requests you may have as guests (Mario was super kind serving breakfast during one of my stays). However, other staff members need to improve their politeness and manners with guests. Even though they already know me (I've been here three times!), some of them weren't friendly when serving breakfast, kept a straight/serious face, and don't respond when I thank them for the service. When I asked if there was a coffee refill after finishing breakfast, the receptionist told me that breakfast service had already ended, implying that I couldn't get just one additional cup of coffee. It costs nothing to be friendlier, drop the serious face, and respond to guests, especially if they're repeat customers! Thanks.
