    Basically a love hotel that looks mostly like a normal hotel, but it's an amazing value. Parking is free, location is good, and the rooms are huge. Food delivery is overpriced.

    We stayed here for one night before a flight from Itami airport. We arrived late but staff were able to help us check in despite the language barrier and also were happy to arrange for access to the rooftop hot tub, which was perfect after a long day! The amenaties in the room with face masks and other care products was great as well and the room was very spacious for the price. We will we were able to stay for breakfast as the reviews looked amazing, but we had to leave for our flight. The bed was very confortable as well and we slept well while we were there. Some of the reviews state that this used to be a Love Hotel, but it very much still is a Love Hotel, but don't let that stop you from staying here as we had a great time and everything was very clean.
