the ac wasnt working so we asked for the room to be changed. paid extra for a view........ overall good experience

im gona start with bad points: machines in gym doesnt work running machine broke as well as others find bugs around the pastries in the morning dont know what kind but same ones as when i was in north africa actually crawling on the wood dishes the pastries were in couldnt believe it. wouldnt trust cleaners. one that talked 2 much and kept calling me guapa insisted on cleaning my room i told her in english and in spanish its ok u can do it tomorrow i thought she would be happy about that 1 room less to clean but after i said its fine, she asked again then i said no again and a THIRD time i told her in spanish its ok u can do it tomorrow and also put the "STOP" sign on the door. SO few hours later when i returned to the room, the sign that was no entry had been removed.. and she had STILL went into my room!!! very disrepectful, i was not happy at all i have no idea why she insisted to go in and TOOK OFF the no entry sign and continued to go in, most of them have a very funny energy and gave me a cup with the spoon still dirty guessing from someone elses room... the one that went into my room she took both of my towels out and left me with one dirty one and didnt even change the hand towels.. no idea why she went in as nothing was changed or cleaned. poolside i had a couple infront of me fondling each other and i had to tell them to go upstairs to their room. which isnt the hotels fault im aware. GOOD POINTS: mostly clean, in terms of floor and beds. beautiful views. reception get onto any issues straight away when i asked for kettle for room and the door fixed in bathroom it was done. lastly THE FOOD!!!!!! <3 <3 it is some of the best food i have tasted in my life the chefs are very talented, everything every single night was fresh and delicious, it was so cute the way they did the decor as well. im thinking about coming back just for the food. theres a lot of options and its 5 star all kinds of options for everyone very beautiful and i hope they know that. there is a sauna and it is clean. the area is a tourist area so supermarkets hipodino, mercadona etc top and bottom. depends what u like i didnt like the area so much not my style.

Spent there almost a week, digiral working. I have asked for internet assurance and guys did it, they basically mounted a dedicated router for me so I could work with ease. The staff was rally taking care and trying to do best, even on Sundays. There were just few minor flaws like short breaks of internet and a hotel modernization which basically made lot of noise, but I could deal with that as nothing is perfect. I would consider returning to this place.
