Struggling to understand how this hotel received such a high rating. We stayed at a 4-star property in Sóller just before this, and the difference was night and day. We weren’t greeted or given any information about the hotel—just handed a QR code to check in. Reception didn’t seem very interested in being of help. No assistance with bags was offered, and the room had an overwhelming odor. The bathroom reeked of mildew, and the bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable. Service here was easily 1/5. For the price we paid—just *** less than the other hotel—it was much worse. The only positives are the location and the pool, but overall I would not recommend staying here
