Very disappointing experience. The room was extremely dirty and had a strong smell of alcohol and cigarette smoke. The sheets were dirty, and there were no towels, shampoo, or hand wash provided.
When I asked for towels, I was given toilet paper and told to use it to dry myself, which was completely unacceptable and unhygienic. The guardian/staff member was also very rude and unhelpful when I complained about these issues.
The photos shown in the property listing also do not accurately represent the actual condition of the furniture and the room. The real condition was significantly worse than what was shown in the pictures.
The conditions were so unacceptable that I left the property around noon and did not spend the night there. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The cleanliness, basic amenities, condition of the furniture, and customer service were far below an acceptable standard.
