This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I booked my room through Agoda and reached the hotel at around 03:10 AM. The staff refused to allow an early check-in, which was disappointing, but what made the experience even worse was their complete refusal to offer any refund or reasonable solution.
The staff's behavior was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. Instead of helping a tired guest who had arrived in the middle of the night, they showed no empathy and treated me disrespectfully. It felt like they were more interested in taking customers' hard-earned money than providing basic hospitality.
Their attitude gave the impression of bullying customers rather than serving them. There was no willingness to cooperate, no customer service, and no attempt to resolve the issue. This is not how a professional hotel should treat its guests.
I strongly advise travelers to think twice before booking this hotel. If you value respectful service, professionalism, and customer satisfaction, stay somewhere else. This hotel completely failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality.
Never again. Highly disappointed.
