I booked this hotel for a bar and restaurant after a long journey. There were 0 staff in the building, and the reception and bar/restaurant area was locked up for the day and evening. We arrived around 4pm and were stuck out side in 37 degrees heat trying to contact someone by phone, as entrance is all automated. The phone number printed on a sheet stuck to the front window had 10 digits instead of 9 which is a standard Spanish length number, so that telephone number didn't work. When we contacted someone by telephone eventually (luckily we speak a bit of spanish), they offered very little help or sympathy. If you do not speak any Spanish this definitely not the hotel for you, although I'm not sure they understand the word ' hospitality', anyway. This was a proper stressful start to our holiday. Stay away from this rubbish place. We ended up eating at the Marzo hotel restaurant down the road where the service was efficient and friendly . We'd wished we'd stayed there.
