    The quality of service is extremely poor and the entire staff needs special training to welcome guest properly and the room service, & all other services absolutely poor. No sense of customer service I could experience. The break fast is OK.

    Bathroom cleanliness to be desired. Camode has visible dark stains over cream colored, accumulated over years perhaps. Even other parts of bathroom had same stains. Need thorough cleaning.
