    The self check in code is not working. We have to use key to open the door. It's difficult to open the door with the key. Not able to lock the toilet door

    The rooms are small but very clean. Bed was very comfortable. If you have mobility issues book the terrace room. It is on the ground floor and easy to access. There is not any elevator and the stairs are steep. Young people will be okay, but an older person with luggage would struggle. The food in the restaurant is very good. We ate most of our meals there. Get the picnic lunch basket to take with you. The walking paths and the canal boats were very nice. Perfect for a couple of days

    Self check in thru kiosk, only after 3pm. The room was clean, spacious enough to open 4 luggages. Walking distance to attraction. The breakfast was very basic. Hot food were egg and ham only. Attracted by a boat rental promotion shown in the room. Thinking it is operated by the hotel. Paid online, then only found out that none of the staff know anything about the boat rental. Nobody came to assist. When I called the company , it was answering machine, speaking language that I don't understand. Bad experience and waste of money. I had no choice but to rent a boat from another company in front of the hotel.

    The hotel’s location is fairly convenient, and the room was tidy and clean. However, the bathroom drainage was terrible — after taking a shower, the whole bathroom felt like it was flooded. The bed quality was also very poor; I woke up with back and waist pain after sleeping on it. Overall, quite a disappointing stay.
