    Did a last minute booking. But it was above my expectations. Triple room is spacious. Neat. Old aircon still it works. No window but ok. Water heater is old. It's cheaper even at last minute. So value for money. Receptionist were friendly but they may be on and off. So better get their contact and call them upfront.

    Unfortunately, my recent stay was quite disappointing. The floor in the room felt sticky, and I even found cockroaches in the bathroom. The towels were of poor quality, while the bedsheets looked old and worn out. What concerned me most was a storage room next to my room that was left unlocked. It was filled with various items that were unorganised, messy, and looked very dirty. It honestly made me wonder where the clean linens and other hotel supplies were being kept, and whether the items provided to guests were properly cleaned and washed before reuse. The check-in and check-out process was also very unusual. There was no proper registration form or procedure during check-in, and during check-out, can simply asked to drop off the key. I have stayed at many hotels before, but I have never experienced such a lack of basic procedures. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel for a stay. I hope the management takes cleanliness, organisation, and guest experience more seriously.
