    I stayed at Hotel Centro for a week. Hotel is located at a convenient location close to U Bahn station, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Banks etc. All facilities available. During this time of High heat , no fans are available in the room. It is difficult to bear the heat in the night. This is the only drawback of the hotel

    I did not received any guide or message from whatsapp for self checkin guide or pin , my girlfriend and I stayed outside hotel for hours before a person helped us , it also took him one hour to figure out plus there helpline numbers are not working

    When I check i saw there is no water in room and there was no restaurant in hotel. If no restaurant then I ask them to give water and also ask them to arrange hot water cattle they didn’t not respond. I ask help they said someone will come in 30 min and no one came I waited for 45 min. I found this scary and I afraid if I complain they might be not good for me.
